Provides technical support and training to district staff. Performs technical tasks such as testing, test documentation, training curriculum, documentation, presentation development, integration and maintenance, and operation of personal computers, software and peripheral equipment. Consults and advises end-users on how to use prepackaged software, computing and video projection equipment.
Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, or related field with additional course work in training and development.
Two years software application support or training experience,
One year of training or classroom instruction experience.
One-year of experience in supporting computer software applications in a PC environment.
Knowledge of computer operating systems, data processing procedures, and PC hardware and networking as related to software applications.
Demonstrated experience with analysis and problem solving in a technical environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Must hold a current Driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance coverage greater than or equal to the state required minimum for car insurance as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of auto insurance policy.
