Responsible to assist the Cafeteria Worker, Lead in preparing and serving meals to SFSP participants. Responsible for completing paperwork as assigned and clean up following production and service. Assists Cafeteria Worker, Lead in monitoring that SFSP rules and regulations are followed by participants and adults. Completes required logs and records. Position hours are adjusted throughout the year based on customer participation volume. Reports to the Site Cafeteria Worker, Lead.
Current TUSD Food Services employee
Previous SFSP experience preferred.
Selection criterion for position includes job performance and attendance histories during the regular school year and past summers.
CWII’s requesting assignment to a Non-TUSD school site must provide their own transportation to and from the TUSD school food preparation site to the Non-TUSD site. Mileage reimbursed at the District rate.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense)
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization
LOCATION - Food Services - Various Sites
WCL - Grade 2
$10.50 per Hour
Minimum 4 hours per day

The majority of programs will begin Monday, June 4, 2018 to end Friday, June 29, 2018.
Additional time will be required prior to the start of the program to attend a paid 2-3 hour mandatory training session.
Each employee will be assigned to attend one of these sessions.
The length of employment, as well as the number of hours per day will vary depending upon program participation.
Sites that have breakfast and lunch will require the positions to be worked as a split shift.
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
