School Psychology Intern (Effective 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR)
Performs all duties of a School Psychologist, under the direct supervision of one or more TUSD School Psychologists. Responsibilities include psycho-educational evaluations, individual and group counseling, and staff consultations.
Must be part of an accredited University/College program in School Psychology.
All pre-requisite work required by the School Psychology Program must be completed.
Applicant should have completed, or is in the process of completing the School Psychology Practicum requirements.

Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions
Bilingual - Spanish/English
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
Effective: 2022-2023 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Exceptional Education - sites vary
FTE: 1.0- 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 10 month
- This position is a TEMPORARY position and will end in June 2023.
- Will complete School Psychology Master’s Degree program in May 2023, or earlier.
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
