REPORTS TO

School Principal

SUMMARY

Provides leadership and management of a school that is focused on 21st Century student learning and achievement, relationships and communication, and efficient operations. Promotes the success of each student by facilitating the development, articulation, implementation and stewardship of a 21st Century vision of learning that is shared and supported by the school community.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction or related field

Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card

Valid Arizona Principal Certificate

Three (3) years teaching experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Consideration will be given to applicants who explicitly confirm possession of the following preferred qualifications in their resume or application:

Bilingual – fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish

2 years of experience in an instructional leadership position, such as Instructional Coach, Dean of Students, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support Facilitator, Teacher Mentor, Curriculum Service Provider, or similar role

1 year of experience teaching Special Education or administering Special Education Programs

1 year of experience teaching English Language Learners (ELL, ESL, ELD, Two-Way Dual Language, etc.) or administering Language Acquisition programs

1 year of experience working in a Title1school

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

FTE: 1.0 - 8 hours per day

Elementary Schools: 10.5 month - July 17, 2025 start date

Middle/K-8 Schools: 11 month - July 15, 2025 start date

High Schools: 12 month - July 1, 2025 start date

SALARY HIRING RANGE:

Elementary Schools: $63,748.49 to $74,010.03

Middle/K-8 Schools: $68,281.32 to $79,272.50

High Schools: $78,336.85 to $90,946.65

TUVA K-12: $78,336.85 to $90,946.65
