      SUMMARY
    Inspect District facilities and supervise custodial staff to assure buildings are maintained in accordance with District, Pima County Health Department and site-established standards.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Five years of custodial experience.
    Three years supervisory experience.
    Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.
    Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
    Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
    FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).
    Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
    Post-offer/pre-employment lift test (at employee's own cost).
    Must hold a current Arizona Driver’s license and have accrued no more than the allowable points against Driver’s License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by Employees.
    ADOT (Arizona Dept. of Transportation) Medical Certificate required after hire

    Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
    The hiring range for external candidates will be $46,371.18 to $53,835.50, based on experience.
