    SUMMARY
    Consolidates Programmatic Site information and data into different computer applications, and retrieves data for reporting purposes as required. Monitor school’s reports for compliance with state and federal laws and with pertinent agreements as directed by supervisor.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    High School Diploma
    Three years experience working with Windows-based computer applications required, such as Excel, Word, etc.
    Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
    Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Bilingual – Spanish/English

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
    FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).
    Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.
    Valid AZ Driver’s license required within ten days of hire. Must not have accrued eight points against driver’s license within past two years.
    Reliable mode of personal transportation with evidence of auto insurance policy. Coverage must be valid throughout term of employment.

    1.0 FTE - 8 hours per day
    12 month position


    Additional Duties Include:
    Monitor site reports, to ensure compliance with pertinent agreements. Reports compliance issues to appropriate authority.
    Ensures that the program information of adult and student participants are collected, organized, reviewed for accuracy, and are entered or scanned into the appropriate software application.
    Performs data gathering and research functions to prepare reports from a variety of software applications.
    Collaborates with members of the Team and Technology and Telecommunications staff to perform continuous process improvement functions. Formalizes and implements process improvements to data collection, input and reporting elements.
    Organizes and maintains hard copy source documents of data used for input.
    Maintains program forms and sets up mail merges and other print merges using student information system.
    Creates reports as required by program.


    Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
