      SUMMARY:
    The Central MTSS Facilitator will support the coordination of the Multi-Tiered System of Support Program. Responsible for supporting and training school sites and district departments in the ongoing implementation of utilizing the district’s Intervention Management Data system. Ensures the District’s overall goal of creating an inclusive and supportive environment when considering its student academic achievement and behavior practices.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
    Valid Arizona teaching certificate with Arizona SEI (Structured English Immersion).
    Five years successful teaching experience with diverse populations at any level.
    Experience developing and facilitating staff professional development.
    Knowledge of the implementation of the Response to Intervention model for academics, social-emotional, and behavior supports and the ability to communicate this process with staff.
    Knowledge of interpreting data to increase and enhance the implementation of programs.
    Previous experience with academic and behavior interventions.
    Knowledge of utilizing data management platforms.

    Any equivalent combination of experience, training, or education.

    Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Master’s Degree in Curriculum, Teaching, Educational Administration, subject matter, or related field.
    Knowledge and/or experience training in cognitive coaching or other similar coaching frameworks or methodologies.
    Proven expertise in developing and maintaining supportive and inclusive classroom and/or school environments.
    Knowledge of and/or experience administering or coordinating RTI, PBIS, RP, Culture and Climate, and/or dropout prevention programs.

    Bilingual

    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE:
    Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization

    Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
