Program Coordinator - Bond Program (Effective 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR)
Job Description
SUMMARY
Coordinates the activities and functions of the Bond Program. Analyzes, evaluates and ensures that the goals and objectives for the Bond Program are accomplished according to established priorities, time and funding limitations or other specifications.
The Bond Program Coordinator reports to the Bond Program Manager.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate’s Degree AND
Four years of experience administering or coordinating programs.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND
Two years of experience administering or coordinating programs.
OR
Six years of progressive experience administering or coordinating programs.
One year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
Knowledge of federal and state legislative requirements related to specific program.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Some positions within this classification may require some type of certification.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree
One (1) year of experience managing projects under the supervision of a project manager
Knowledge of and experience using the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards
Completion of two (2) Project Management courses
One (1) year of experience using project management tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Effective: 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
Location: Campbell and Broadway area
Classification: Non-Bargaining
FTE : 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
