Job Description

SUMMARY

Organize and monitor the registration and attendance processes. Maintain student records. Edit, store,
and prepare and distribute reports on grades and attendance.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Four years of progressively responsible experience in student registration or attendance procedures, general office or record keeping procedures.
Computer and word processing skills.
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend
written/graphic and oral instructions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual - (English/Spanish Proficiency)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check (at employee’s expense).
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Effective: 2024 - 2025 SCHOOL YEAR

Location: Sahuaro High School- Broadway & Camino Seco Area

Classification: White Collar

FTE: 1.0 – 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
