Job Description

SUMMARY

Provides adult support to students with disabilities to assist with daily living skills such as toileting, diapering, feeding, dressing and/or other functional skills as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Two years of experience working with disabled youth or adults.

Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE

Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

CPR and First Aid Certification.

Must release Social Security Number to be eligible for AHCCS (Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System) Provider ID Number.

Location: Exceptional Education Department - Sites vary
Classification: White Collar

FTE: .88 – 7 hours per day
Work Calendar: 9 month

Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
