TSW Program Coordinator, Senior (Effective 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR)
Job Description
SUMMARY
Coordinates the budget and program activities of the Transition from School to Work (TSW) schools and community-based programs. Analyzes, evaluates, and develops budgets that ensures the fiscal and program goals and objectives are accomplished according to established priorities, time and funding limitations or other specifications.
The TSW Senior Coordinator will participate in the fiscal, program planning and management activities associated with the TSW program. The position will work collaboratively with all TSW personnel to deliver enhanced transition services to students, and collect and report student and fiscal data. The TSW Senior Coordinator will assist with the development of the TSW budget, writing of continuation applications for funding the TSW, communicate regularly with school district administrators and individual school administration(s) concerning the status of the TSW, and serve as school district liaison to ADES/RSA and the Arizona Department of Education (ADE).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Degree.
AND
Two years of experience administering or coordinating programs
OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND Five years of experience administering or coordinating programs
OR
Ten Years of progressive experience administering or coordinating programs.
Knowledge of federal and state legislative requirements related to specific program is required.
Knowledge and ability to use word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs
Three (3) years Supervisory Experience
Verbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructions.
Some positions within this classification may require some type of certification.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AFTER HIRE
FBI fingerprint background check.
Proof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunization.

Classification: Non-Barganing
FTE : 1.0 - 8 hours per day
Work Calendar: 12 month
Positions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.
